FOCUS (Families OverComing Under Stress) is a resiliency-building program designed for military families and children facing the multiple challenges of combat operational stress during wartime.

 
Military OneSource is a free 24-hour service available to all active duty, Guard, Reserve members and their families regardless of activation status. Information and referrals are given on a wide range of issues including combat stress and reintegration. Free face-to-face, phone and online counseling sessions are available by calling 1-800-342-9647.
