MCFTB provides educational resources and services to foster personal growth and enhance the readiness of Marine Corps families. MCFTB is comprised of the following:
- Family Readiness Program Training
- Readiness and Deployment Support Training
- Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge and Skills (L.I.N.K.S.)
- LifeSkills Training

Family Readiness Committee The mission of the Family Readiness Committee is to serve in an advisory capacity, to the MCCS BOD, on matters having a major impact on family readiness, Marine Corps-wide. Family readiness directly affects the fundamental purpose of the Marine Corps to make Marines and win battles by building commitment, raising morale, and increasing Corps readiness.
