Armed Forces Judo Team Depart for Croatia

The Armed Forces Judo Team will compete at the 2006 CISM World Military Judo Championship, 28 August to 5 September in Vinkovci, Croatia.  The Armed Forces Team consists of members of all four branches. 

Leading the team is Head Coach Maj Hector Morales (Army).  Maj Morales, an 11-year veteran of Armed Forces Judo has competed in the 1995 CISM Military World Games and was selected as the Head Coach for the 2003 CISM Military World Games Team. 

Joining the team is 1stLt Steve Jensen (USAF) - 73 Kg, IT2 Robert Turnquest (Navy) - 81 Kg; and 1LT Patrick Vazquez (Army) - 90 Kg.
